Shipping and Returns


Shipping:


All items are shipped within a 24-48 hour period upon payment. Shipping cost is noted on each item. If more than one item is purchased, I combine shipping costs.

Shipment of larger items, such as a large wall-hangings, lap or bed quilts; items will be wrapped in a protective storage bag inside the packing box. Smaller items are wrapped so they will not become damaged in shipment.

Tracking information is provided to the customer when the purchased item has been shipped. Items will be shipped to the address noted on the purchasers account and/or purchase order.

I will ship internationally. Please contact me for shipping rates for areas outside the US or Canada, as postal rates vary depending upon region/country. International orders will follow the same guidelines, but at international/overseas shipping rates and guidelines as noted by the Postal Service, and in some cases may not have a tracking number.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of your item to arrange for a return and refund or an exchange. Refunds given upon the return of the item to me, in unused condition. Return shipment is the buyers responsibility.

Sizes on quilts and measurements are noted on each item. Please make sure the measurements and/or sizes are what you need prior to purchase.

I will not be responsible for items lost by the Post Office. As noted in the shipping policies, tracking conformation is placed on all shipments, with additional insurance placed on larger/more expensive items/shipments.

 

Returns Policy:

By Bina'Patch does not accept returns if you have simply changed your mind, however we will happily offer a refund or exchange if the goods are faulty. Exceptions are sewing patterns. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of goods.

You are responsible for the postage cost of returning goods. Please ensure products are packaged securely so they are not damaged in transit. All items must be returned in the condition they were originally received.

If you want to return a product to us for refund or exchange, contact us via email (fiercemarketing@gmail.com) and outline why you are returning the product and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
